CSFD therefore provides customers with a complete set of standard user reference manuals for each chosen KDS variant. These offer in-depth guidance to supplement each of the main product areas of: sales order processing, purchasing, inventory, sales ledger, purchase ledger, base data and OPAL.
The standard manuals can also be customised, to reflect any bespoke changes being developed for a customer's system. Following implementation, responsibility for updating the documentation due to any subsequent system changes can be done by the customer or by CSFD.
