Once you have received the goods, with the help of working reports, FDS 3.0 Purchasing allows you to reconcile delivery with your supplier's invoice. And, if used in conjunction with FDS 3.0 Purchase Ledger, reconciled invoices can be automatically transferred to the ledger, ready for payment.
